1. How are your canvases prepared and finished?
All of our prints are gallery wrapped which means that the canvas wraps around the side of the image and is then secured to the back of our heavy duty frames. When possible the image will wrap around the sides to make a high impact piece. If your picture does not fit dimensionally we will make a black border for the side to avoid cropping desired areas of the picture.
2. Will you scan a photo for me?
Yes, just bring your photos to our kiosk, currently located at West Towne Mall, Madison WI.
3. What file size/format do you need?

4. Is there anything you won't print?
We can't print any copyrighted material with out expressed permission or anything that we find offensive.
5. Can you print images from professional photographers?
We can print them if you get a release from the photographer. The copyright laws give photographers exclusive rights to reproduce their work even if it's of you. You'll need to get their permission to reproduce them.
6. What's your return policy?

7. How quickly will I receive my order?
Production takes approximately 3-5 business days, then all products are shipped UPS ground. For local orders, you also have the option to pick-up. For pick up orders, we will contact you when your print is completed.
8. What kind of prints are best for custom canvases?
That is the beauty of custom canvases! Any image will work, we can scan children's artwork, baby's footprints, use actual photos, or use all the digital files trapped on your computer just waiting to be shown off on your walls!
